One of my two bestest friends from high school, Kelli, just set up a live journal. Yay!!! And there was much rejoicing. Welcome to LJ basskelli. Now we've just got to work on getting Laura on here and the place will really go to hell in a handbasket in no time. ;)

Staving off boredom...

To stave off boredom while Rick is out gaming with Dave and the rest of the group I rented Bubba Ho-Tep which I have been meaning to see for a while but which Rick didn't seem too keen on watching. It was hilarious! Rick would probably have fallen asleep during it since the first 35 minutes or so are a little slow before the action starts taking off. What a premise! Sometimes I'm still amazed by the things people dream up - not often, but sometimes. It's nice to see something really original for a change. And Bruce Campbell was great as an aging Elvis...I always like his work. He cracks me up!
