Life is crazy

Life is crazy. Thanksgiving was good. Stayed up too late too many nights in a row but got to sleep in late too. The problem of course is adjusting back to my normal sleep schedule now. ;) Work is busy. Writing keeps me busy. Yes, I am actually writing. I had to re-write a short story I did before feeling comfortable about letting my Writers MeetUp group read it on Tues night. Which is part of the reason I haven't been around LJ too much even after I got back from my little Thanksgiving break. Grocery shopping last night kept me busy too. Tonight is worship practice. And then there is all the action taking off in the PBEM I am involved in...it's amazing how things pick up once the player characters actually come into contact with one another. :) And I have cookies to make for a cookie exchange at work next week, Christmas presents for my family to finish making and/or wrapping, and decorations to get up around the house. Plus Holiday parties for my work and Rick's work. Don't be surprised if my presence around here is a bit hit and miss until after the Holidays are over. :) I LOVE Christmas - but it sure does get busy this time of year!
